Wow, what happened to all of those positive affirmations from yesterday? Don't let psycho neighbor do this to you. I went to a self help seminar through work once and the most powerful thing I remember the woman saying was don't let people live "rent free" in your head. That's what you're doing with psycho. You're at work, not at home. Try not to think about him right now. Also, next time, call the police. You don't have to tell them you're name on a noise complaint and make sure you tell them about the pot.
You know that I love you with all my heart and will do ANYTHING I can to help you. You just need to make the decision to accept.
Believe it or not, I pulled one of them this morning despite being late and it's because of the message I saw that i'm even AT work today rather than having called off. So I am grateful that my urge to start that happened yesterday so that today when I needed one, I had it :)
Generally I dont let psycho dude into my head, but when it's the middle of the night and they're banging on the walls outside of my apartment and generally messing around, it makes one a bit fearful.
